How are the calorie figures for each exercise calculated?

• The calorie figures for all exercises are worked out for you personally. 
• We are all different shapes, sizes and ages and burn calories at different rates. 
• We use your personal stats together with a standardised calorie burn rate to calculate the approximate amount of energy burnt during activity.
• The METs value (Metabolic Equivalent of Task) is used to calculate energy burnt.
