Getting the right balance of nutrition when you're constantly on the go can be extremely difficult to manage.
Try to limit restaurant meals; it's hard to keep track of nutritional information. Most restaurants now cater for the health conscious; simply choose healthier dishes.
Ask your waiter if you need further information on how the food is prepared. Ask you waiter to serve any dressings or sauces separately. If they're not very obliging you're in the wrong restaurant.
Look for menus with calories printed besides each meal.
If you eat pre-packed food you can tear-off the barcode and add the food to your diary later just by keying it in.
