How do I copy or combine Weightplan workouts to form My workouts?

Copy or combine Weightplan workouts by hovering over the 'Diary' tab followed by selecting 'Activities' from the drop down menu.  Select the 'Create your own workouts' button.  Here you will find any workouts previously created or if it’s your first creation the page will be blank. 

  • Press the 'Add' button to add a new workout.  
  • Fill out the new workout form by adding your workout title and a description
  • The Day number will put your workout into number order (handy if you want to change workout days at a later date)
  • Press the 'Save' button
  • If you want to add more days to your workout then press the 'Add Day' until your workout has the required number of days

Once you have the outline of your workout, you can add the exercises
  • Press 'Add new exercises'
  • Select whether you would like to add aerobic or gym exercises or if you'd like to add a stretches
  • For gym and aerobic exercises select a further category for muscle group or activity
  • Highlight the exercises on the left hand side
  • Information about the exercise is displayed on the right hand side
  • Here you can find an exercise guide, hints and tips, photographs and videos to help you perfect your form
  • Simply place a tick in the tick-boxes of the exercises you wish to add to your workout
  • When you've finished selecting exercises, press the save button
  • Your new exercises now appear in your workout
  • You can re-arrange your exercises by pressing the bottom right corner of each exercise to drag and drop
  • Repeat this process until you have completed all the days of your workout.
  • Press save

You can now plan your new workout into your diary by pressing the 'Plan' button at the bottom right of the panel.
  • Be sure to select the date you wish your new workout to start or it will start from the day in the diary you are currently on.
  • If the workout is a multiple day workout including rest days, these will be planned into your diary from your start date.

PRINT YOUR WORKOUT

If you wish to print you workout ready to take to the gym, hover over the 'Reports' tab, followed by 'Printouts' from the drop down menu.  
  • Select the date range for your report.
  • Select the radial button under the 'Exercise plan' icon followed by the 'Preview' button to see how your report will be printed.  
  • Press the 'Print' button to print

Please note: You should always consult your Doctor before starting an exercise programme
