How do I copy or combine Weightplan workouts to form My workouts?
Copy or combine Weightplan workouts by hovering over the 'Diary' tab followed by selecting 'Activities' from the drop down menu. Select the 'Create your own workouts' button. Here you will find any workouts previously created or if it’s your first creation the page will be blank.
Once you have the outline of your workout, you can add the exercises
You can now plan your new workout into your diary by pressing the 'Plan' button at the bottom right of the panel.
PRINT YOUR WORKOUT
If you wish to print you workout ready to take to the gym, hover over the 'Reports' tab, followed by 'Printouts' from the drop down menu.
