How do I decide which is the best meal plan for me?

All meal plans are nutritionally balanced and have been designed by professional nutritionists to provide a healthy diet, rich in nutrients.  You can view sample menu's and learn more about each plan direct from the food diary page.  If there are foods you don't like in your selected meal plan then swap them with alternative foods keeping your eye on the totals at the bottom of the page.
  • From the top left of your Food Diary click the 'Choose from our delicious mealplans' button and follow the guide.
  • Alternatively click the '+Add items to the mealtime' button and select from the tabs along the top of the search box.

Low Fat

You will find all the low fat recipes in this plan. Perfectly delicious but low in fat. Ideal for those who prefer to reduce the amount of fat they consume while maximising flavour. All the recipes have been designed to reduce the fat while still offering complete meal satisfaction. With plenty of fresh ingredients to ensure you get the best nutrients, try something from the Low Fat menu today.

Healthy Heart

We all want a healthy heart and this plan provides recipes that not only lower the risk of heart disease but also reduces the chance of getting type 2 diabetes too. The recipes are designed to reduce the intake of bad cholesterol and introduce plenty of healthy food combinations to keep your ticker in tip-top shape.

Avoid Wheat

This is a specially designed plan for those wanting to avoid gluten in their diet to reduce the symptoms of Coeliac disease. We have carefully designed a plan so you can enjoy a large variety of foods rich in good nutrition, and of course flavour and variety.

Low Gi

Feel fuller for longer with our low Gi plan. To be classified low Gi, all recipes have a glycaemic index of 55 or less. Let us worry about the science while you enjoy delicious, perfectly balanced recipes that fight off food cravings for longer. Vegetarian
