How do I monitor my body measurements?

Body measurements can be updated using the 'Stats' page;

• Hover over the 'Diary' tab
• Select 'Stats' from the drop down menu
• Enter your statistics

Record your body measurements at least once a month so you can monitor your progress via the reports;

• Hover over the 'Reports' tab
• Select your report from the drop down menu
