Select the date you wish to plan (from the calendar at the top of your Activities Diary).
Press the 'Add activities to this day' button and select the exercises or workouts by highlighting them (they turn pink) followed by the 'Plan' button and the exercises will appear in the diary on the date selected.
If you want to plan exercise for future days simply select the date required by clicking on the date next to the 'Plan' button. The exercises will be added to the date specified.
If you want the activity to repeat in the future simply press the 'Copy Day' button which can be found at the bottom of each page and select and end date.
Your new exercise plan will repeat until the date selected.
