How is the weekly summary calculated?
Below you will find an explanation of the calculations on your Weekly Summary.
Target The net calorie target you should aim for each day in order to achieve your goal weight Calories in your Food - Calories burnt in your Activity Actual The actual net amount of daily calories in your Food and Activity Diary combined. Calories logged in your Food Diary - Calories burnt in your Activity Diary +/- The net number of calories you are under or over your daily target ‘-’ Means your net calories are below your daily target (Rectify this by planning to eat more or exercise less) ‘+’ Means your net calories are above your daily target (Rectify this by planning to eat less or exercise more) Week to date The net number of calories you are under or over your week-to-date target. By the end of the week you should aim to get this figure as close to zero as possible. ‘-’ Means your net calories are below your week-to-date target (Rectify this by planning to eat more or exercise less) ‘+’ Means your net calories are above your week-to-date target (Rectify this by planning to eat less or exercise more) |
