I've missed a day's exercise. Should I carry on from where I left off?
It isn't always possible to complete your activities as planned. Try to complete any missed activity at your earliest convenience.
Always update your Activity diary to show only the activity you achieve otherwise your diary won't be a true representation of the calories you've burnt.
If you'd still like to do your planned exercise but at a later date, copy the activity to the new date before deleting it from the day you missed.
View your weekly summary to check your week-to-date figure. A positive figure indicates that you are running over your calorie allowance.
Try to balance your week-to-date figure to zero by the end of each week in order to achieve a successful weigh-in.
