online fitness diary

Keeping a fitness diary for dieting, weight loss or muscle gain. Fitness, strength and body tone is something we’d all love to have. With a fitness diary you can plan to gradually increase your fitness over time. You’ll be amazed how quickly your body adapts to a program set at a level that is right for you.

Exercise can help with weight loss too. Did you know that regular exercise increases your metabolism and can release serotonin and dopamine (the feel good hormones) to give you a feeling of total wellbeing. Before you know it you’ll be taking regular exercise and much closer to achieving your goals.

keeping an exercise diary

Keeping an exercise diary is a fantastic tool for you to monitor the exercise you’re doing and to increase your fitness levels over a given time. For those dieting it also allows you to monitor how many calories you are burning off. Once you start an exercise diary you are far more likely to stick to it and Weightplan offers great support throughout the process to keep you motivated.

Start an exercise plan that is suitable for your fitness level (it’s not worth over exhausting yourself – you won’t be able to maintain it for long). By gradually increasing your weekly activities you are far more likely to succeed with steps towards your goal – that’s how top athletes do it. You can evaluate your weekly progress and you’ll be amazed how quickly you see improvements.

Exercise quickly has a snowball effect on your health and energy levels while providing a feeling of total wellbeing. If you are building muscle or training for an event, you are far more likely to achieve your goals if you’ve planned your exercises in a diary. Taking regular body measurements allows you to monitor your improvements. Start your motivation with a diary. We recommend consulting your doctor if you are concerned about any aspect of your health or fitness.
