Why can't I see the food or activity search pop-up windows?
The newer versions of Internet Explorer will automatically block all pop-up windows that are opened by web-pages themselves. We use pop up windows in various areas of the site to enable additional functions to be performed. An example of this type of pop-up window is the food search pop-up. This automatically opens when you try to add an item to your diary.
We would recommend that you always allow pop-up windows from our site to be automatically opened - this will make your browsing experience easier. You may see a message beneath the Address Bar saying "Pop-up blocked. To see this pop-up or additional options click here...".
Once this is done, you will automatically see all pop-ups from the site. To complete the process, we suggest that you then log-out of the site and then log back in. |
