About muscle gain

To gain muscle you'll need to increase your daily food intake to support the muscle growth, including both higher carbohydrate and extra protein. We calculate your new requirements to remove the guess work.

Our meal plans have been written by our expert nutritionists and have been carefully balanced to ensure you have all the energy you need to sustain your increased activity whilst low in fat. With nutrition taken care of and your choice of workout planned into your diary, all you have to do is monitor your weekly progress. You will be asked to perform a weekly weigh-in but it's also important for you to measure your body stats.

Muscle is denser than the fat you will replace so your body weight becomes less important (If you gain 1lb of muscle and lose 1lb of fat your body will weigh the same but you will look more toned). Chart your improvements by keeping your eye on your body stats reports. You will soon have guns of steel to be proud of.

Periodically strip away body fat by adding some daily cardio to your plan. Getting used to cardio exercise can really energise the body and it has countless health benefits. Cardio doesn't have to be hard to be effective, but an effective muscle gain programme combines increased resistance work, with regular bursts of cardio.
